NOTE:Alan works across the Supply Chain in operations improvement, cost reduction and turnarounds. He has considerable experience in the assessment, redesign, and implementation of activity improvement in a variety of organizations, processes, and systems. He was formerly a senior consulting manager at PwC/IBM and director of consulting at Cognizant Technology Solutions. He has also held turnaround/interim executive positions in a variety of client situations.
Alan has provided expertise and implementation support in the areas of:

Prior to becoming a consultant, Alan held engineering, management, and executive positions in public and private companies in the aerospace, medical electronics and automation equipment industries. He has undergraduate degrees in liberal arts and industrial engineering as well as an MBA from Northwestern University.
